Liked: Access to Bell CentreFacilities were lovely Krema--Market--Nacarat--Roselys all were terrificThe seamless way the hotel managed the world figure skating championship and Prime Minister's funeral was masterful.
Disliked: Apparently we had access to the gold lounge and didn't know it until the morning we were leaving when a server at the breakfast restaurant told us.
