Liked: Fabulous location in the North End

Liked: Location was great. The hotel was beautiful and staff was friendly
Disliked: The bed was not comfortable.

Overall an enjoyable five days.

Liked: Bedrooms very spacious.
Disliked: Method of charging to credit card was very confusing.

Great location, good sized rooms....

Liked: Great location, good sized room. Kept very clean and smelt lovely. Lovely view over the water as well.
Disliked: Rooms could do with more lights. The fridge either didn't work or was turned on which was annoying. Also needs more plugs there was a lamp on the table we could use as there was no where near the table to plug it in.

Liked: Nice location
Disliked: It feels like an incredibly overpriced hotel with poor service. They charge $400 a night for a room with no bar, no working tv, and wallpaper falling off the walls.

Good location for Boston North...

Liked: Comfy bed, rooms very clean.
Disliked: Rooms were not ready at 3pm as indicated, had to wait until 4:30. The hotel website suggests that the hotel arranges for the transfer from the airport by water taxi, which they don't. They advise to use public transportation. The safe in one room was missing, faulty in the other room - both issues solved during the second day of our stay.
