Liked: Location and cleanliness was good
Disliked: Didn't honor booking. Com discount..Charged way more plus a security deposit. Staff isn't very friendly. Noise from other room next to ours in the middle of the night was awful.

Liked: Good location smelled lovely clean linen was given when asked for fairly quickly
Disliked: Desk help was not as pleasant as you would expect it to be Katie was rude tried telling me I didn’t have a reservation after giving her my name and confirmation number Later on I forgot a bag in my car and was on the way back in but the door was locked at that point there was a employee sitting there laughing the carts were blocking the key swipe so I didn’t see it finally another employee came and helped me back in the building The bathroom vent/fan was broken hanging down
