Liked: The bed was comfortable.
Disliked: Needs a physical upgrade. Curtains had holes in them. I wonder the last time the carpet and chair upholstery were cleaned. No coffeemaker in the room.

Liked: They put me in a good room for the trouble and was very polite and courteous.
Disliked: Room was reserved 2 weeks ahead of time but they are renovating and room wasn't what I paid for.

Liked: Nice clean and the breakfast was good the refrigerator wasn’t working I told them they put another one in the beds were comfortable

Disliked: Very loud guests in other rooms very loud ALLL night did not sleep well doors slamming people yelling down hall at 11pm guests above us loud walking and banging on floor
