We only stayed one night, we went to a concert at Indian ranch - the hotel was in a great location. It is only 10 minutes from indian ranch. The rooms were clean but the indoor pool is very small and the water was very cold.

Disliked: The HVAC system wasn’t updated and was extremely loud and our thermostat was broken so we had no control over it. Kept us up all night. Had the worst sleep. Told the front desk, messaged the hotel. Have not received any response. Disappointed.

Disliked: Wish for hand held shower wands; somewhat limited water pressure in shower; mildly difficult to get across traffic to make a left on to Southbridge.
