Hoping my reservation in July...

Liked: Never got to see it…..they bumped both dates for my reservation to a different hotel.
Disliked: Never saw it….not impressed we were moved to a different hotel

Disliked: Well. Having booked it 9 months out and have them cancel the reservation the day before is very disappointing. They did rebook us elsewhere but I just cancelled the whole reservation

Liked: Don't like at all
Disliked: They transferred us to near Crown RoyalHotell without any explanation

Wedding woes

Disliked: We were on our way to get married in Niagara Falls. We booked twice with this company as a layover hotel, once getting to Toronto and then leaving Toronto. We received an email a day or two before flying to Toronto that this hotel could not accommodate our booking and booked us with their sister hotel. Then we received an email the day before we got back to Toronto that they cannot accommodate our booking... Again! The only explanation given was "unforeseen circumstances". I am appreciative that the other hotel was able to accommodate us. However, I had to pay extra money at this sister hotel, when I was told I would get it for the same price as my booking. Granted, it wasn't an outrageous amount, but regardless I am not happy. All of these shenanigans before and after our wedding just added to the stress.

Liked: Hotel block booked by government our booking moved to another hotel !

Passable

Liked: They at least took care of moving me to a sister property and didn’t leave me hanging out to dry.
Disliked: I’m going to assume they overbooked the property and couldn’t fulfill my reservation. I was contacted just days before to let me know. The price was of by a few dollars at the hotel I was moved to.

Liked: 24h shuttle bus amazing + the short distance between the airport and hotel.
