Excellent hotel in every way....

Liked: Very clean, great staff, perfect room for my needs. Extended hours for the pool and spa were greatly appreciated after my long days
Disliked: Nothing negative

Nice place to stay.

Liked: Breakfast was very good with great variety. Staff were extremely helpful with contacting police and hire company when our car was stolen from the car park.

Comfortable room but breakfast room...

Liked: Excellent sized room and comfortable beds. Easy to get to from highway.
Disliked: Breakfast room was chaotic. There were 10-15 day workers who were there in the breakfast room who had their phones blaring (mostly in Spanish). I wouldn’t mind if they had been told to respect the other people in the room.

I will stay here again

Liked: The manager was very friendly and helpful and very accommodating. The breakfast also was wonderful and had many choices.
Disliked: Rochester weather was cool and rainy

Overall, the hotel was nice,...

Liked: Since I was not there for work, the closing hour for breakfast, 9am Monday - Friday, and 10am on the weekend, are too early for people traveling for leisure.
Disliked: I was surprised that the room was not straightened up each day. I did not expect the room to be cleaned but I did expect the bed to be made each day and the trash to be emptied.
