This hotel was a good pick for me and my husband. The room was very clean, comfortable and nice. The staff were very friendly.

Disliked: No negatives.

Staff was very personable and helpful with any requests or questions that we had. The hotel facility was updated yet very well taken care of. Excellent location for all travels around Dallas area.

Liked: The staff was exceptional!!!! Barb, Yvette, and Vidal (front desk) were just superb!! and Sheila, who runs the cafe in the mornings for breakfast was exceptional. She made everyone feel so welcome and really kept everything clean, food fresh, and morning meals happy!! Exceptional staff!!!
Disliked: cleanliness of the room

Disliked: Pool needed cleaning. Lobby area needs to have better and more seating and an inviting atmosphere. It's very bland. Outdoor seating needs revamped. Windows need replacing. Breakfast layout and dinning needs revamped
