Liked: Hotel was in a great location. I stayed for a concert at the Dickies Arena and it was so close! It's also very close to a Walmart and Target and many good restaurants. The hotel was very clean and organized. Check in was easy. My privacy was respected. Staff was very friendly and helpful. I'll definitely be coming back!

Disliked: THE BED SHEETS WERE SO DIRTY AND THEY TOLD ME THEY HAD NOONE THAT COULD CHANGE THEM AND DIDNOT HAVE ANOTHER ROOM AND THEY WOULD GIVE ME MY MONEY BACK AND I COULD GO FIND ANOTER HOTEL . IT WAS ALMOST 11 PM. NEVER STAYED ANYWHERE LIKE THIS.....

Misrepresentation of the property that...

Liked: My daughter & I visited her children in Fort Worth & want a hotel with an indoor pool & hot tub close to shopping & restaurants. Fairfield seemed to fit the bill perfectly per the photos of the property. We got there to find there was No hot tub but the pool is heated! So that helped to fulfill our wants.
Disliked: Truly feel the website was deceptive showing pics of a hot tub. Also outlet in pool area was a big safety concern. See photos

Exceptional

Liked: Staff was very courteous and professional. The free breakfast was great. Had real food instead of just cereal and donuts.
Disliked: The mattress was way to firm. The guest laundry facility was very frustrating. The machines only took quarters and the hotel had no change machine and the front desk told me they did not have cash of any type. I had to drive to 3 stores to get change.
