It was a good stay
Liked: Food was good. However, the coffee didn’t get refilled enough
Disliked: I held an executive king size room on reservation with 2 queen size beds for me and a friend. Instead I received a suite with one bed and a sofa bed. Friend had to sleep on sofa. However, I liked the room rate better.

Quiet, but not as nice as 2019
Liked: The staff was very accommodating and friendly. Room was quiet with little noise from neighbors beside, above, or below.
Disliked: We had to change rooms because the first one gave my husband a backache. He felt like the head of the bed was tilting down. Flashing light on the alarm system by the bed was a constant annoyance throughout the night. Refrigerator in first room was so noisy we had to unplug it. Toilet seat was a round one - which is very uncomfortable for men. Flashing alarm light was in the second room too. This bed felt like the sides were tilting towards the middle of the bed. Improvement in toilet seat to an elongated one. Nice! We stayed in this hotel in 2019 and had an excellent experience, which is why we chose to stay here again. Sadly, this experience wasn't as comfortable as before. Biggest issue is that the staff could not find our reservation upon arrival. We booked the room through booking.com. Apparently they put the last name as "and Greg" instead of our last name. I don't understand why our confirmation number didn't pull up the room when the last name didn't work? Makes no sense. Anyway, someone finally found it and got us checked in without further trouble. I'm pretty sure this issue can be blamed on booking.com and not the hotel staff.

I liked the location as it was close to my event and staff was very friendly and helpful.
Liked: Location was good and I liked the fact I had breakfast options to choose from.
Disliked: I had to change rooms due to my initial room was not cleaned properly. The room decor could use a little modern looking atmosphere.
