Liked: Aside from the location not much
Disliked: The fact that there was no mention of a major remodel on the web site...the dust, The smells, the over all look of the site due to construction...a discount and explanation would have gone a long rather than needing a place to rest after a long drive and coming into a work zone

Disappointing
Liked: Location closest to Kaiser hospital and eateries / stores.
Disliked: Check in was a breeze and front desk person was pleasant. Want informed online that hotel was under construction, I would’ve chose another hotel. We got to our room, unloaded everything and then started making something to eat and roaches came out behind microwave and from under TV Mount plate. I called front desk immediately and they moved us to another floor/room but we still never got to relax, never unloaded our stuff again and kept the lights on at all times. Really disappointed there wasn’t any indication site was under construction until you arrived

A Big Disappointment !
Liked: Convenient location
Disliked: The construction on site kicked up dust and the lobby was a disaster, we were not informed of construction, we definitely would have not chosen this particular property … the sheets on the beds had black lint balls all over them at first glance it looked like bed bugs! The property offered to comp the room and gave me an invoice to reflect no charges due , however it’s been 2 weeks and I have yet to be reimbursed, I am very disappointed as I usually enjoy the Marriott Properties !
