Liked: I enjoyed the wonderful, however the door to the pool had to be kept open because the General Manager said if the close the outside door mold will form.

Disliked: Reserved a family suite but when we checked in, only room available was a room with one bed, for our 5 family members. Since we booked and paid ahead of time, we still got charged for family suite.

Liked: The Staff is awesome especially the gentleman that works late nights with the twisted curly hair and tall. He has such a greeting and smiles ALL the time, perky. I wish I knew his name. But everyone should take greeting lessons from him if there was such a thing.

It was a good value....

Liked: Front desk staff friendly (Jam). Rooms were clean and comfortable.
Disliked: Expired milk and curdled half and half. Muffin packages popped open and stale. Not a safe breakfast experience.

Liked: Hotel was amaxing staff are very helpful very clean and perfect for what i wanted...

It was ok

Liked: It was clean, the area the hotel is located in is quiet, close to many stores and restaurants.
Disliked: .The bed was hard, the fridge was raggedy wobbily, the people around us was VERY LOUD, Arguing, slamming doors throughout the stay. (they put us by the pool but noone was in the pool) Internet wouldn't keep a signal. The breakfast:The chocolate milk was sour, the muffins were stale.
