Very good
Liked: Breakfast had many selections. Everything was very good.
Disliked: Hard to control temperature in the room. Hot water in shower wasn’t consistent.

One night stay
Liked: The staff are wonderful.
Disliked: The dust behind the night stand. No tissues in the room. The phone wasn't connected. The mattress was uneven when I layed down and pillows are flat.

Double charged for a room...
Liked: Unfortunately we had issues with our car and had to quickly find a place to stay overnight. The hotel was nearby and offered a free breakfast for an affordable price through booking.com. The rooms and beds were comfortable and the breakfast was flling.
Disliked: When we checked in I was asked for my credit card and I reminded the lady at the desk I had already paid for the room through Booking. I even showed her the email. I was told it was only for incidentals. But the next day I discovered I was also charged by Fairfield for the room at a higher rate. I informed the front desk about the multiple charges and they informed me they could not do anything about it. I had to call Booking. While I waited in the hotel lobby I could hear the agent from Booking.com ( who was very helpful) talking to the managers to rectify the situation. Finally Booking.com refunded me what I was charged through Booking.com. However, Fairfield charged me a higher rate and I was told it would be 3-5 business days before I would be reimbursed for the overcharge. I am still waiting a week later. I feel the situation was Fairfield's mistake and they should have called Booking.com. And I am still waiting for my overcharge.
