Very nice hotel.

We enjoyed our stay at the Fairfield Inn. The staff was very friendly. The rooms were nice and clean. This hotel was convenient to all of our activities, such as shopping, casino and the Soul Food Fest at 3919 Lafayette Road. We enjoyed dinner at Fridays, also the breakfast was nice.

Liked: Friendly staff.
Disliked: Elevators got stuck; paying for parking.

Liked: The property was within walking distance to Lucas Oil Stadium and many other attractions in downtown Indianapolis.

Liked: The room was very clean and the staff was very helpful and friendly.
Disliked: The bed was too soft. But that's a personal preference.

Nice but...

Liked: The staff were great and it was very clean.
Disliked: The room was small..like small small. A king room felt like a closet. Also, it was very cold despite setting the thermostat to 75°

Liked: Underground parking garage great in the winter. Downtown location convenient.
Disliked: Expensive parking, but seems common for all hotels in the area. I think it said on the reservation, but two beds were definitely doubles (smaller).
