Liked: We liked the cleanliness of the hotel and the rooms we stayed in; the cleanliness got the approval of my wife, which says a lot. I liked the fitness center and the fact that they give you access to a full-service gym upon request.
Disliked: The attitude of the person at the front-desk during the late-night shift did not seem very gracious to our situation. We had to switch rooms in the middle of the night (due to an unbearably loud and strong noise coming from the maintenance room directly below us), and the gentleman did not seem to want to make it easy to do the switch. They were at 30% capacity, iirc, so there was not a great shortage of rooms.
