Disliked: The breakfast staff person sat in the lobby in the breakfast area on his phone or went outside to smoke. Had to ask the front desk for food as everything was gone. Very unprofessional.

Liked: Breakfast was good. Front desk staff was very nice. Carpet was nice, seemed newer. Bed was fine. No issues there.
Disliked: When you first walk in, it is like you are choking on air freshener or perfume. Then you can see right into the laundry and it's a mess. The pool room is very nasty. Moldy windows, ceiling coming apart, floors coming up... bathroom in room was kind of gross. Pool room had no towels, then when we got some they were not very nice, stained...all different kind of towels...no hot tub also

Disliked: Check in was a total joke the lady didnt know what she was doing I booked the hotel a month out for a king bed and got put into a queen and when I tried to to say I didnt want that she said well sorry we have your room out to someone else will never stay there again should hire desk help that knows what they are doing total joke
