Overall a good stay

Liked: Everything was great.
Disliked: I am gluten free so my options at breakfast were very limited. I did have a yogurt and coffee each morning though! I am grateful to have that option.

Liked: The front desk staff was friendly. They put us on first floor. The lobby and hallways smelled good. Bed was comfortable.
Disliked: The pool did not have a shallow end for small children.

Liked: The friendly, engaging young lady that checked me in and saw me off the following morning. She was very pleasant and a joy to do business with. Every hotel should have someone like her at the front desk. Hot breakfast was very good. Would visit again.

Liked: Good price for the room provided.
Disliked: Staff was very unprofessional and incompetent. They tried to charge me extra for the room after I prepaid. Extremely rude to me and the person checking in ahead of me. Would not explain the extra charges, or why they were there.
