There is a nice park across the street and easy access to the hospital which is about 3 miles away. Quick access to downtown and back up the highway to shopping and restaurants. Pool and hot tub area was small but clean and well attended to and we were the only ones using it so it was perfect. Breakfast was better than most and well stocked. Eggs, sausage, waffles, bagels, cereal, oatmeal with fixings, fruit etc. The juice wasn't even watered down and there was plenty of everything at 9:30 in the morning.

Pros: The front desk staff was awesome. We needed some technical expertise with the television (operator error) and the maintenance person was very responsive and knew how to solve our issue without making me think I was just technically challenged -which I am

Cons: Nothing - it was a great experience - would stay again

On the level of a lower end Marriott property. More for the affordable crowd, nice but not upscale.

Pros: Good price for the star level and amenities.

Cons: Breakfast room got a bit crowded and cook had trouble keeping up. Breakfast was meh....but for free can't complain.

Pros: Breakfast was reasonable

Cons: I wish the description had not said "Downtown". It was a 7-8 block walk or taxi ride back from downtown. The description also offered a room with a sofa/sitting area. None to be found in our rooms.
