Liked: Lovely room; very accommodating staff-pleasant, responsive

Liked: This was one of the best stays I've had in some time. Clean hotel, great staff, well located, breakfast was very good, price was reasonable.
Disliked: Everything was wonderful.

Best experience and price I’ve...

Liked: It was beautiful inside and out! Very clean and accommodating. The breakfast selection was amazing with a variety for all ages. The pool and the room it was in was clean and the water was actually warm enough to swim in.
Disliked: The plug in behind fridge/microwave wasn’t adapt for both appliances to be plugged in at the same time. This was odd to me but not a huge problem.

Liked: Location
Disliked: Lampshade had a hole in it, puddle of blood or rust under back of toilet, bathroom floor hadn't been swept, no forks, napkins or white milk at breakfast (and yes, we asked but were told they didn't have any).

Liked: Convenient to interstate, great restaurant next door, close to town
Disliked: May have just been my room, but it was NOT clean. Musty smell, filthy A/C unit, hair in the sink, on the toilet seat, and in the tub. Toilet had obviously not been cleaned.

Liked: It was clean and the price was right. The staff was available and friendly
Disliked: The chlorine smell in the pool seemed overly strong.

Pure financial greed, not honoring paid boooking made, catastrophic customer service.

Disliked: The accommodation had been fully paid in advance for a week. Due to a plane delay, I arrived a day late. Instead of honoring the paid booking made, the hotel had cancelled the booking, took the money for the one night and THEN offered me the very same room again for four times the initial price.
