Disappointed in room size for two queen beds - smallish. Could not use coffee maker due to cleanliness. Toilet did not flush, but excellent response to repair it. Near fall in elevator because of pool water on tiles.

A decent hotel but one...

Liked: The staff was friendly, the room was mostly clean, and it was convenient to where I was going.
Disliked: Despite being near an airport and a very heavy commuter area, I find it inappropriate to bill residents of the hotel for parking. If I've paid for a room, I should be granted a parking space and not have to pay extra. That would prevent me from staying at your hotel in the future.

Serviceable hotel for a night...

Liked: Rooms were spacious and comfortable, breakfast was good, the staff was friendly.
Disliked: The hotel seemed a little past its prime. They do not offer a shuttle service, though they advertise as an airport hotel, so guests must pay for an Uber or cab.

Disliked: parking was NOT free and i didn't like it, but it is relatively better price than other hotels near airport. Many non-airport hotels offer free parking though.

Disliked: The Inn canceled their airport shuttle and never notified me. To my knowledge never notified Booking.com or Booking never notified me. After two phone calls they sent a Lyft which took another 10 minutes in the rain. Terrible for an airport hotel
