Disliked: Getting charged 3 bucks for parking that should be included into the price of the room

Wish it was a better...

Liked: Parking was ok. Breakfast was ok.
Disliked: Our bathtub leaked. Carpets were dirty. No chair in our room. Cold pool. Bookings said it was heated. Didn’t look like the pictures that are posted on websites.

Disliked: Pool was down and freezing then down again. Bummed kids.

Liked: location close enough to walk to several places. Not on a major road. Clean lobby. Friendly staff. Bed was comfortable
Disliked: Room had a cracked sink and made the whole bathroom appear dingy and unclean

Liked: I was very impressed with how kind and polite staff was. I somehow managed to have encounters with housekeeping, maintenance, and front desk, each employee handled every situation professionally and prompt with a smile.

Disliked: I should not have been charged for taxes and fees, when I prepaid through another source the same fees.
