Price was high for the type of hotel. Vending machines were empty and the little "market" in the lobby was pricey. Just a plain hotel - nothing fancy. Location was good - nearby venues were close. Shuttle was running late. Would probably stay elsewhere when visiting Louisville the next time.

Not so comfortable but affordable

Liked: Breakfast was not enough for the guests in the hotel. Long wait. Attendant was on the phone cussing and etc. Very unprofessional.
Disliked: My pillows were stained and there were not enough pillows. When I asked for pillows there was a shortage. The TV was reseting due to an outage or system reset. It was a mess.

Disliked: Pool/ hot tub looks ify.. could be cleaned and fixed. Lots of small cosmetic marks/defects in the room/ bathroom. Not as clean as expected (details and corners) no lighting in living room of suite other than TV glow. Temperature wouldn't increase, says set on 70 and room is only 63 been here all day.

Disliked: Hot tub jets only worked for 5 minutes each time I used it. Set timer and it came on 10 minutes later.for 5 minutes.
