The front desk employees were not very friendly and miserable at times. They were too worried about their social media on their cell phones. There were no plates, forks or knives for the breakfast in the morning - had to use a napkin to place my food on. Not sure if I would stay there again, even though the rooms were clean - customer service is what means the most to me!

Disliked: The garbage company was very rude and slammed the dumpster several times at 5am.

Liked: Thea at the front desk was such a breath of fresh air she was so helpfull and she made all of us feel welcomed. She is an employee that every company dreams of having.

Liked: The bed was exceptionally comfortable!
Disliked: I found out after leaving there is a travel rate from another person, but even when I told them I was traveling for work I was not offered a special rate

Liked: Its pet friendly. Closer to all amenities.
Disliked: The carpet wasnt vacuum well. Other than that everything was fine.
