Liked: the room was good ....clean.....new carpet and upgraded
Disliked: was not told that the hotel is under renovation...no lobby....no breakfast in the area....was sent to a room on the 2nd floor for breakfast?? when we got there no one was attending it....bacon gone...eggs were dried from sitting out....we left and went to a cafe where we met up with more people from our hotel...IF we were told the hotel was torn apart, we would have went elsewhere..... the desk attendants were in the back room and not available upon check in or check out....other patrons just walked out....

Terrible the worst experience you...

Liked: Was in a temporary location, there where not tables to seat and after the breakfast they close the room and you did not have access to coffee or water or anything.
Disliked: The pool was close as well as the wheerlpool and the front desk was inaccessible from inside the hotel you have to go outside to get to the front desk.Plus the morning we have to check out we have to go outside to get the car and park in the back to put the luggage inside the car.

Very disappointed, won’t be back

Liked: Breakfast was descent but we had to take it back to our rooms because it was set up in one of the rooms because of construction we were not told about.
Disliked: Nothing was said about work they were doing throughout the hotel. It was our anniversary and we wanted to relax, use the pool/hot tub but we’re not able to do to the noise of the construction crew and the fact that the pool/hot tub were closed. Had we know this we could have gone somewhere else. We have stayed here before and were very happy after this weekend and not being told what was going on (remodeling) we won’t be back.

Liked: The location was close to Frankenmuth attractions. The pool area was clean and staff was very attentive.
Disliked: The small storage space. Our winter coats barely fit.

Spring break24

Liked: I really liked being offered a nice hot breakfast.
Disliked: Breakfast hours ended too early. My daughter and I got to breakfast at 9:25, it ended at 9:30. We were able to get scrambled eggs, turkey sausage (was the best I've ever had!) And my daughter made a waffle. While we were getting our food, the hotel staff person starts cleaning everything up. She was literally reaching through my hands to turn off the cooker for the sausage. While, we waiting for the waffle to cook, she had already taken the utensils for the hot food. I wanted to get a little more and give my daughter some sausage and had to use a plastic spoon. Once we sat to eat, more people came to try.to eat. The lady had thrown away the eggs and sausage.( i let the guests know the food was thrown away).put all plastic wear away and coffee cups by 940. These other guests were upset.as well. It was hard to relax and enjoy my breakfast with her moving around so fast, cleaning everything up like a tazmaine devil and saying what a hurry she was in. I took this little trip due to feeling stressed and needing to relax. Honestly many workers in Frankenmuth seemed very grumpy and put out.
