Kind staff, predictable chain hotel.

Liked: We specifically requested a cot (as was available on Booking.com) but when we arrived they said they don't have additional beds to add. The staff were kind enough to put us in a room with a pull-out sofa, but that bed was terribly uncomfortable. We pulled the mattress off the sofa frame and put it on the floor, but you could still feel every spring. The room was a bit dark. As mentioned, the staff were kind and warm and flexible. The hotel was very busy, but they did their utmost to make everyone comfortable.
