Pleasant

Liked: Hotel is pleasant and clean. However, bathrooms are looking a little worn. Shower stall was leaking. Hotel needs a makeover.
Disliked: Leaking shower stall.

Exceptional

Will definitely stay here when...

Liked: With had 9 rooms for a funeral, a couple of rooms needed special things ie: crib in one. Katerina, I hope I’m saying her name right, worked hard to get everyone what they needed. She did an exceptional job. She was an excellent worker.
Disliked: I can’t say anything bad. The breakfast was also better than most hotel breakfasts. We also enjoyed having bonefish grill attached. Didn’t have to drive anywhere for dinner. Are and walked out to go to our rooms

Disappointing

Liked: I have stayed this location several times and always good experience. Rooms are clean, comfortable and nice to have fridge and microwave. Staff friendly and helpful as well.
Disliked: Not just here but would like at least a little grab and go and/ or coffee/beverages available before the 630 breakfast for us early bird checkouts

Liked: Convenient to the memorial service which I was in town for and it was a nice selection of breakfast in the morning
Disliked: I just felt the price was a bit too high

Look elsewhere for a better...

Liked: The location was convenient and being attached to Bonefish Grill was a nice perk. The building was older and dated-looking, but pretty well maintained.
Disliked: The room smelled musty and was not very clean. Very few power outlets worked. Breakfast, although free, was lacking compared to similar hotels in the area.
