Liked: The location was great we where close to all the attractions we planned on going too plus no need to drive to find restaurants there where lots of restaurants close by within walking distance of the hotel the guy who checked us in the first night he was really nice and help us out really good with check in let us know everything we needed to do to pay for the parking and ever time someone walked in he would greet them and make them feel welcome the other guy tho wasn't as good he keep walking away from the front desk alot plus when we finely got him to get us a extra pillow he couldn't remember what room number we where and said he thought we said a different number than what we told him
Disliked: We had to ask several times for a extra pillow and we told the front desk about are fridge not working and they told us they would have someone look at it and Noone ever came and fixed it or even look at it plus there was issues with the tv ever few minutes sometimes kept going off and on wail we were trying to watch a show

Horrible Experience

Liked: Only location was a positive place to beThe price ok, but charged me twice. Will describe more belowEasy to park the car, lot of places for the cars
Disliked: I Arrived at the Hotel at 7PM, the front desk really bad reception, and the person charged me $470, not telling me why, I had to check the message received from my bank. So explained to me that booking didn’t pay the hotel, but just said after I asked and not before charging me. The person really unhelpful, no conversation and didn’t want to say the name, only said to me “solve this issue with booking, nothing I can do here”. Next day I went again to the front desk, and talked with Bryan and Michael, completely different behavior, trying to support and solve the issue. But took all my stay to try to solve, the best way was the help from my daddy that called booking from Brazil. In the end they confirmed they charged me wrong, but also booking damaged me, because I had to pay twice, plus tax. Also the breakfast of this hotel is horrible, so in general I do not recommend to stay here, there are plenty of options around. The location is the only good thing we had.

Disliked: THE PARKING!!!!! Absolutely horrible!! Parking in alley by pool for $18+ with no stalls (chance of being towed)

Disliked: We had ants in our room. Breakfast didn't offer much for vegetarians.
