Liked: Location, near restaurants amd gas station, interstate. Very quiet at night. Slept good. Front desk was great.
Disliked: Couldn't cool the room off at night. Got too warm.

Clean & comfortable.

Liked: Close to the highway. Clean spacious rooms.Head to Main Ave for good selection of independently owned restaurants. The downtown strip is being revitalized and is worth a visit.
Disliked: All good.

Not the best hotel staff

Liked: The front desk lady was rude for the basic requests, which is supposed to be included in the price of the reservation. Ex: Iron box replacing for broken one.
Disliked: They didn't consider replacing the bed sheets for over 10 days of my stay, used same for entire saty. They have not placed hand soap, moisturizer, when it is finished. They have not cleaned the toilet except to replace towels.The front desk lady was rude when we asked for the services and abusive. Which we were not able to digest, but it is necessary for us to stay as we are here on a business trip. The other employees were respectful. The lady Indian lady of age between 45-50 years Gujarati lady had bad attitude towards clients.

A excellent trip that turned...

Liked: The property was amazing and the place was clean and enjoyable.
Disliked: We had an Ada service animal with us and charges were made to the card after we checked out even when the portfolio stated all needed information and they claimed it wasn’t disclosed and charged fees for such and it’s written all over the reservation and they acknowledged the accommodation request when reservation was made. This turned this trip into a nightmare as it locked up the card that was to be used the entire trip, leaving us to have to drive the entire return trip of 13 hours due to compromising the funds needed for accommodations the evening of checkout.
