Definitely would stay again. Room was clean. Short walk to the river taxi. Easy to get to from I95.
Liked: Nice room. Great location for Metro Park; full fridge and mini kitchen.
Disliked: No on site pool or ice.

Disappointing
Liked: The location is close to downtown access and the convention center. There are a few restaurants within walking distance.
Disliked: The hotel is OLD! The staff does their best to clean, but it's not an extended stay at all. No dishes or appliances in the kitchen area. No utensils. You have to ask for everything and most likely they won't have it. No hair dryer, but I got one at the front desk. They had 2 under the counter. The first dryer had a melted cord, so I asked for a different one. Didn't want to risk an electrical fire! Had to ask for additional pillows and it took 2 days. Breakfast is junk. Not continental. No fruit. Only old granola bars that are soft or hard. Small packaged muffins and packages of oatmeal. Coffee was available. We could not eat the provided foods for the so-called breakfast. I'm a Type 1 Diabetic and cannot eat all those carbs! It's supposedly a smoke-free hotel. Go out the side door on the first floor- weed smoking party there- if interested. Terrible experiences. Lots of homeless people outside. Had human spit all over the left side of my car! They charge $8/day for parking, not $6/day. No security at all. Be prepared for an additional $100 deposit for "damages". Seriously? It's a dive here. Pay a little more for the Hampton next door or go farther from this area and save money. Not worth the almost $700 4 nights we stayed. Oh, the bathroom plugs don't work so we had to dry our hair in the kitchen area. Also, the coffee pot we finally got on day 3 is a 1-cup pot. Great for 3 people... We at least didn't get charged for the German roach in our room!

Don’t go by the pictures,...
Liked: Laundry service. the bed linen was clean, easy and cheap to park
Disliked: Looks ok from the outside, but the room had an unpleasant smell. Everything in the room was old and tired and decor was tatty. Windows were filthy and the corridor dark and smelly. Had to unplug the fridge and the alarm clock as they both made too much noise. Booked this room for the facilities of the kitchenette, but didn’t want to stay in the room other then to sleep so didn’t use them. We overpaid for this room, I booked it months ago and paid $275 dollars for 2 nights, if I’d paid on arrival would have been a $100 cheaper, but still too much. We had to leave a $100 deposit!!!! What a joke there was nothing in the room worth a $100!! I can’t recall ever staying in a hotel where the room smelt. On moving onto my next hotel, I noticed that the washing i did that i couldn’t tumble dry and had hung up to dry, smelt of the room and had to be re washed.

I will NEVER stay in...
Liked: The staff was nice, but did not respond to problems. I don’t think they had any authority to do so.
Disliked: There were roaches, the sink had a leak, it was stained and we could not turn the water off. There was no hairdryer provided. The “breakfast” was muffins in wrappers. We had to bring our dirty towels down to exchange for clean ones.
