Liked: The only thing I liked about this property was its proximity to the Santa Clara Convention Center I had a conference to attend to. I really disliked EVERYTHING about my stay at this property and truly wish I never wasted my money here.
Disliked: Check-in was the first bad experience. The person checking us in the evening of 2/28/24 was speaking to someone on the ear piece the entire process, not once making eye contact, no welcome or thank you. The room was filthy. The sink clogged. Terrible!

Liked: bed was comfortable
Disliked: told the staff that our microwave was broken and they informed us it would be replaced and it never was. we had to deal with a broken microwave for the remainder of our trip.
