Not had for price but...

Liked: AC was great, flooring instead of carpet was great!
Disliked: Bathroom tub was not too clean and there was a lot of noise outside during late hours of the night.

Just don't.

Liked: Not much. Close to airport.
Disliked: Pot smokers next door. All night partying and drinking and loud talking. Did not feel safe. Stank. Would NOT recommend.

Good for a longer stay

Liked: The kitchenette was nice. Anything I needed was provided by the staff upon request. The location was perfect for our trip. The room was mostly clean.
Disliked: The room was quite small but served its purpose for our trip. The carpet was not clean and actually made the soles of our feet and shoes black. There was also a thick layer of dust in the corners behind furniture

Liked: Location.
Disliked: Exterior grounds needed attention. i.e. the dog litter bag dispenser was full of sticks. I expected more amenities such as a coffee pot and hair dryer—basic to all hotels. The HVAC was either too hot or too cold and noisy. I also expected there would be a dish cloth to wipe the table.

Disliked: Cockroaches, spiders, no dishes, no pots no coffee, the closest coffee is 400 yard walk.
