Liked: The manager is always amazing, the staff is the most friendly and I always know what to expect when I book a stay here.

Liked: I liked the location.
Disliked: I had to be switched to another room upon arrival due to broken phone and smoke detector continuing to beep. The 2nd room had a very old sunken in bed that hurt my back so bad I could hardly walk by the end of my stay. I asked for 2 extra wash cloths the last night of my stay and was told they didn't have any. I also used a dampened paper towel to get something off the floor only to find the floor was black with dirt like it hadn't been mopped in months. I tried the dampened paper towel in several places in the room to see if the rest of the room was dirty as well, which it was. I told the front desk and was told they would get it cleaned, which never happened. I made a video showing the filth. I also pointed out whoever stayed in that room before me had smoked in it as I could smell it. I also found a plastic wrapper from a cigar on the dresser, which I pointed out to the front desk. I also pointed out to the front desk that people keep smoking Marijuana and cigarettes all in the entrance ways and hallways. It was disgusting! I'm allergic to Marijuana smoke and get a headache instantly and will also get blisters on my top lip if it was very strong.. I will NEVER stay at this hotel again. One of the nights of my stay, I was awakend at 1am with the fire alarm blaring until the fire department could arrive, investigate, then finally disengage the alarm.

Liked: The manager at the front desk is amazing and she is super sweet and accommodating with early check in. I love it here, she and her staff are the nicest people.
Disliked: There isn't anything negative I can say.
