My stay was extremely pleasant...

Liked: The access to a kitchen and it was a very spacious room with double beds. They also had locked gated parking which I appreciate.
Disliked: The amount of homeless that hang around.

Disliked: bathroom, toilet and sink was not cleaned and sanitized properly. scum all over the tub, floor was very dirty.

Disliked: The girl at the front desk told me I would have to vacate the premises because the hotel had not received payment from booking.com. regardless of the fact I had confirmation receipt and proof of payment email and text rom booking.com and from the hotel. I was forced to get in touch with booking.com and was on the phone for over 2 hours doing everything I could to not get thrown out of my room that I had paid for.
