Disliked: Everything. They don't have shampoo/conditioner. The bed is the worst thing I've ever experienced. I think it's actually a rock. And they don't tell you on the phone, but when you get there they want to charge you a $25 early check-in fee. The lady at the front was extremely rude to every single customer for no reason. She was just so ridiculously rude for no reason at all! She hates her job - I really don't think you want her as the face of your hotel. You need to send a secret shopper, most definitely.

Liked: Room was ok, but the floor was not clean, it had an sticky liquid on it. blankets a little scratchy
Disliked: cleaning was the only highlight

Overall a good stay

Liked: The room was clean and in good repair, except for the first room we got where the bathroom was in the middle of being repaired, with tools resting on the toilet.The staff was friendly and tried hard.
Disliked: The first room we got was under repair. The toilet was full of tools and molding was ripped off.2 queen beds isn't working for families with teenagers. It would be much nicer to have 1 queen and 2 single beds.

Liked: Hotel location was just as needed. Room was large.
Disliked: Room smelled like smoke. Walls were dirty with food stains. Bathroom needed to be renovated as not all repairs can be fixed with caulking.

Would not have stayed longer...

Liked: Convenient to our needs location wise.
Disliked: Needs better maintenance… the tub surface was peeling, wires to bedside lights were loose ( only one bedside table. The doors and trim around doors are dirty with fingerprints and hand prints.
