Liked: Staff was very overwhelmed with clients in lobby, 1 person for the evening. Staff representative was so busy that he bothered to explain his situation but was able to accommodate my request once available and before he finished his shift. Very kind and thoughtful respectful representative. I requested for a hair dryer, pots pans and dishes as room had a kitchenette for a great price. He went out of his way to have the room housekeeper clean there 1st rooms the following morning check for hair dryer availability in that room and bring it immediately to my room. A huge favor to help me feel and look good for my fun filled day .. I specifically look gor Hotel with hair dryers and essentials in room or by request less to worry about and or carry ... Awesome

Liked: Looked well kept outside
Disliked: Weird smell in hall and lobbies. Like they tried to cover up the smell of cigarettes with dirty towels.

Liked: Breakfast was not good. Had to go out for breakfast, especially for the price of the room. Desk people we attentive.
Disliked: A better variety or more vending machine options.

Liked: Staff was very nice and I appreciated the laughs.
Disliked: the "continental breakfast" I mean I get the whole you get what you pay for but then don't advertise it as such. I'm ok with a little more honesty so I can pack accordingly.

My stay out side of...

Liked: It was as close Disneyland, lots of restaurants in the area convenient location.
Disliked: Outside visually was pretty nice. Inside was not so pleasant elevator was smelly. Came into the room decided to heat up food in microwave and it started sparking. Informed hotel staff who stated they would have maintenance come and check it out they never showed up so no heating of food. Stove burners were rusty.

Prime example of your getting...

Liked: Less than a mile from Disneyland. Parking comes with the price for the hotel, free parking essentially. This hotel was the lowest price within a mile from the parks.
Disliked: Took 20 minutes to get hot water, everything was extremely dated. Had to tighten the toilet seat, fix the shower curtain, and the light was out in the bathroom. Staff knew about the bulb needing to be replaced, but didn’t replace the bulb until I said something. Also some outlets didn’t work and they wouldn’t hold standard plugs.

Great location but no breakfast.

Liked: Walkable to Disneyland.
Disliked: “Breakfast” wasn’t really breakfast. Just coffee and hot water for oatmeal, and some muffins.
