We enjoyed our trip and...

Liked: Staff checking us in were professional and welcoming. The room was clean. The kitchen, counter stove, and full size fridge were great amenities. The location is ideal. This hotel is across the highway from AMERICAN DREAM. The parking is free.
Disliked: The hallways and corridors were dirty and unswept or vacuumed. The heat was blasting in the stairwells which was uncomfortable and seemed unnecessary for the time of year. The room could be cleaned more thoroughly, specifically the kitchen counter which had food stuck to it and the bathroom also had residue on the counters. Trash littered the outside landscaping including the trees. It was apparent the trash pieces had been there for some time. This was unsightly and I am sure pet owners were leery when walking their dogs. And lastly, the breakfast foods should be available during the hours 6:30am-9:30am as listed. When we stayed at the hotel breakfast had "run out" between 7:30 or 8:00am the staff member said and would not be replenished that morning. Fresh fruits, water, orange juice, and bagels at minimum would be appreciated.

Everything was great

Liked: The staff was friendly. The guy with long hair and glasses helped us.
Disliked: It smelled like weed.

Good enough for a bed...

Liked: The hotel was clean enough to be acceptable. The kitchenette is a nice touch.
Disliked: The shower curtain rod was broken. This made it impossible to fully close the curtain, so it was cold and didn't feel very cozy. The bed linens were clean but I did find some small black hairs which didn't make me too happy. I was told breakfast was put out at 6:30, it wasn't put out until after 7 for both days of my stay. There were questionable stains on the walls near the bed. I'd hate to guess but it looked like either snot or semen. Hurray.
