Overall, the location and room amenities make this an ideal hotel for me and my family. The hotel provides on-the-go breakfast items and coffee each morning in the lobby, but the best part is that you can step over to the adjacent Coco's Restaurant for a full meal at your convenience. Also, since each room has a stove, microwave, toaster, and refrigerator it provides a great savings and ease of access to store your own food and snacks. There is also shopping located directly across the light from the hotel and the surrounding areas are fantastic for taking a relaxing walk.

The hotel is close to magic mountain which is a plus. There is a CoCo's restaurant right next store for dinner and breakfast because the hotel's AM breakfast was quite small and contained to a small table in the lobby. Woke up in the middle of the night to a flooded room from our overyflowing tolet. The night manager was relectant to come up to the room when I called the help desk or to move me to a different room. When he finally came up to th room (with a couple towels in hand that I LOL'd at because a few towels were not going to do anything for this situation) he saw how bad it was he started cleaning it up with a wet vac. Instead of just moving us to a different room, he made us stand there in water for about 30 minutes watching him clean up. We packed up our stuff and threw our wet belongings into plastic bags and moved to a different room which had noisy neighbors. I got a total of 4 hours of sleep.Luckily, the day manager was extremely more helful and polite! She apologized and offered a free nights stay for us in the future. I felt bad about what happened but think the NOC manager handled it very poorly, thank God for the day manager.

We always use priceline and refer all our friends to u its seems that some hotel staff treats us dufftbecause we booked using second party .. u guys need to work on the relationship you have with your. Hotels respect should always begiving regardless of ho w we booked
