Disliked: Just about everything halls were dirty never vacuumed the hall for over a week trash in the halls bugs in the room some staff were very rude except for marabel she was very nice.

Disliked: The hall ways smelled really bad. If smelled likeUrine. None of the vending machines where working

Cockroach!!!

Liked: great and responsive staff. very willing to quickly respond to any issue.
Disliked: saw a live cockroach in one of the room. second room feels to be recently treated with strong chemical for cockroaches, but stove does not work. grossed out and did not stay at this facility.

Disliked: Room smelled like cigarette smoke and door lock didn't work right.

Horrible, disgusting, and disrespectful

Liked: The staff was extremely rude and offensive. Martha the front desk woman is racist and refused to hand me anything directly and told me she didn't have to attend to me although it's her job. I saw her show another guests personal information to another hotel guest. The general manager is also rude and pretty much Said if you don't pay for a week they will not extend your room for whatever reason. I have NEVER felt so disrespected at a business where i am spending money. Lastly the towels were dirty, I didn't receive wash clothes my entire stay, and they don't change sheets. I had to change my own sheets the first day because the top sheet and fitted sheet were stuck together do to a sex stain from the previous guest. DO NOT BOOK HERE ESPECIALLY IF YOU ARE BLACK.

Liked: It was clean and in a good area
Disliked: We went back to the lobby the next morning to purchase another night which we had made a booking for. I had a new card and it didn't work after two tries. We were told we could try one more time so we called up and fixed the card and then the lady said no and made us leave. She was very rude f5

they are short staffed on...

Liked: the Pillows were really fluffy and soft.
Disliked: The light switch in room would not stay off. Had to put the room key on the side of switch to make it tight so the switch would stay down. they are short staffed on cleaning people I had to bring down towels and bedding to get a exchange. Inconvenienced.
