Disliked: Had cockroaches and employee told me they’ve been having an infestation problem so do not book here!

Liked: Im able make reservations or extend my stay easily, the safe is friendly, they have no problem with guests with their animals.
Disliked: The breakfast is more like a coffee bar. No real breakfast. There are some guests that dont clean up after their dogs and some of the hallways smell like urine.

Liked: Clea and smells good.

Liked: It has a nice exterior.
Disliked: I bought this reservation with the option to cancel and to get breakfast. Couldnt find how to cancel reservation. Also, breakfast was really a coffee bar with oatmeal packages to put into coffee cups. Upgrade was a waste of money.

Liked: It’s a clean place & great price.
Disliked: There were alarms going off because someone left food cooking & fell asleep. Also I believe it’s the manager, kept knocking & trying to open the door while I was telling him/her “one second I’m going” & kept insisting to open the door. Also when I finally opened the door to see what was going on he/she said in a rude way that I wasn’t registered in that room after one of the staff corrected him/her that I was registered.

I want my REFUND PLEASE...

Disliked: when I got there they had told me that my reservation was canceled that they gave my room to someone else. I told that I had just made the reservation less than and hour and a half before. I got there because I was coming from San Diego. They told me not to worry that I would get refunded . Which hasn't been done and to it off i slept in my car and I had to work the next day. I need my refund and I'm really upset with you people.

Terrible, uncomfortable, dirty

Liked: NOTHING AT ALL. DO NOTNSTAY HERE!
Disliked: This hotel did not meet my expectations. Our room.was filthy, the hotel was dirty. The elevator had trash in it. There was a toilet plunger that was clearly used laying in the hallway. I reserved a room with 2 full size beds. Upon check in I was told my room was given to someone else and they could give me a room with one bed. Problem is there was 4 of us. We had no choice but to take the room it was 9 pm and my kids were exhausted from a long drive. I was disgusted at the properties lack of cleanliness

There were bedbugs the rooms...

Disliked: There were bed bugs there we’re dirty rooms an there were a lot of homeless ppl in an out of the building
