Okay cheap stay if in...

Liked: Conveniently located. Pricing was decent, but does explain the condition of the property. By myself, it works in a pinch if no other options are available. With family would prefer elsewhere.
Disliked: Repairs and updates are needed. There was no strip for the flooring transition from the entry/bathroom/kitchen to bedroom was tile to carpet. The tile was lifting and curling, we kept tripping on it all the time. The closet shelving was damaged, hanging, making it unusable. There were burns, and worn out sections of counter tops in the bathroom and kitchen. No sound dampening for the bathroom, we could hear everything. Everything felt old, dingy and worn out. The chalking for the seams in the bathroom was poorly done. It was ironic there was a sicker on the mirror saying how they strived for quality. The kids took bets wondering how old the TV was, as it was difficult to use the remote, turns out the tv was from 2012. Went looking for staff, no one was at desk, a lady came up from around corner and said hello. I asked if she was staff, and she said of course she is. She had no uniform, name tag, or any identifier that would have known she was an employee. Asked for another bar of soap, as there was only one in the room, she seemed annoyed. Maybe I mis-interpreted her demeanor, but by that point in stay just felt off. The so called breakfast area only had hot water, tea bags, coffee, and some granola bars. One day the elevator emergency phone would dial when the doors opened on any floor. Suppose to swipe room card at night to enter lobby, but it was broken, and could enter with no issue. First night a person in parking lot asked if I had my car broken into, had just arrived so no, but it did make me worry about safety. Always made sure to park near the front, never experienced any issues.One night we wanted drinking water, didn't trust the kitchen water by that point, but the one vending machine didn't work, luckily a food truck was right in front on the the street.

Liked: Location great,Excellent Staff, very spacious Queen Size Room with Kitchen, microwave,Large Refrigerator.
Disliked: Room floor could have used another pass of cleaning / moping as was dirty.Few insects/ bugs must have emerged from crevices ,noticed moving on floor , disposed of them quickly.Only two hand soap , could have supplied small travel size shampoo as most hotels do.
