Disliked: Found cockroaches in room. Staff was nice and quickly changed rooms for me. 2nd room was ok. Bed sank in the middle. Overall, the entire hotel was run down and not clean. Will never go back there

Liked: Check in was quick
Disliked: I paid for the breakfast but they were not offering it. No Hair Dryer in the room. Carpet in the room was awful full of stains and not hygiene at all.

Liked: It was next to a shopping center so I was in walking distance of many things
Disliked: Yes, there were dogs in the next room and wasn't aware of the pet friendly there was a fire alarm first night that had us outside for about 15 mins after a long day and one bug

Disappointing

Liked: The air conditioning/heating worked, and the area we were in was enjoyable.
Disliked: some utilities inside the room like the heating iron didn't work, there were not enough towels and bathroom supplies, there were roaches and the walls and floor weren't clean (drawings and writing on the walls and red or black paint on the floors and gum), there was no breakfast in the morning and the coffee didn't taste right.

Disappointing

Liked: The 2 day I was given a much better room but unfortunately I was charged an extra day for 128 us dollars but the manager said that I was not even tough I showed them that I was charged 3 times instead of 2 nights
