Absolutely bad, probably never coming...

Disliked: It didnt look clean, appliances had a lot of rust, weird smells in the lobby, hallway and room. Terrible.

Disliked: Extremely run down, mold and a smell in the hall, rust on fridge, bathtub stained with dirt. Bed has springs coming through. Police were called for someone while there

Friendly staff but rooms lacking...

Liked: The staff was so friendly and very helpful with our stay. Honestly each one of them we interacted with was such a joy and very helpful! This location is very convenient to for anything downtown
Disliked: Our room was pretty dirty when we arrived, there was a liquor bottle under the bed and what looked to be a red syrupy stain all over the bed cover that hangs to the ground. The bathroom had some weird stains and the floor boards were coming up in some areas. Another note that is by no means the fault of the staff just a jarring sight is the 3rd floor is covered with fans and tarps since they just had a fire in the hall way.
