Disappointed in Greensboro

Liked: The staff was very accommodating and apologetic when our room was not ready on time. It was convenient to downtown.
Disliked: The room wasn't ready when it was supposed to be. Even after we came back an hour later it still wasn't ready.. It had bugs crawling in the bathroom, and a huge bug came out of the sink. Lumpy bed, furniture was banged up. I was not what I expected.

Liked: Clean room, friendly staff. Property needs to be pressure washed, and trash needs to be picked up.Room was clean and comfortable.

Great comfortable

Liked: I love the staff & Ms Carolyn & the younger grown lady w the locs theyre friendly & very helpful they make my stay very comfortable! They call me if they need me , RATING 10 No noise no smoking it’s great & it has a full kitchen !!
