Disliked: Nobody was at the front desk when my boyfriend arrived.Nobody was available to bring a luggage cart up to my room when I was ready to check out

Liked: The location is great. The area is amazing. There are a lot of places to eat and activities to do close to the hotel. The staff was very friendly, welcoming and helpful
Disliked: I did not try the breakfast, but the facility was over all clean. They could have done more for the leaking ceilings. This has nothing to do with hotel staff, but I would suggest using lighter carpet and paint colors, as all the dark colors everywhere give dingy and drab vibes even though the hotel itself is clean
