Liked: Cabinets all chipped. Cabinet doors hanging. Bathtub needs replaced and tile around tub

Liked: Good location.
Disliked: Staff were nonexistent. Nobody at front desk to check in or out. Had to call a phone number for someone to come down to check me in at 10 pm. Not very customer friendly at all. Won't be going back.

Disliked: My toilet was broke snd flooding everywhere. When i called the desk they informed me to come and get a plunger and that maintenance was not there yet. Me and my husband was late for our engagement and we couldnt get ready at all because it was flooded.

Disliked: The room REEKED of old cigarette smoke. The bathtub looked disgusting.All kinds of patch holes in the walls. Bathroom door lock sticks and needs to be replaced.Needs a TOTAL renovation .
