Disliked: Room full of cigarette smells. I couldn't sleep in my room at all....but at my friend room... my asthma rice up cause of that... It's a really bad experience. I thought that it was a SMOKE FEEE room as I paid for it... I saw myself in the obligation to cancel my stay there and move somewhere else.

Disliked: We got there after driving for hours for them to tell me they didn't have the room I reserved and it was booking.coms fault because if I would have booked through them I would have had the room I reserved. We had to find a different hotel last minute.
