The staff is doing the best they can under the circumstances. Apparently the managers quit without notice and during our check in there were many residents complaining to the desk and were handled with care and compassion!

Liked: Friendly staff.
Disliked: No kitchen supplies; threadbare linens; no utensils or way to boil water.

Liked: Nothing.
Disliked: I hate the fact that there noise on top of my room from 7:00 pm until 9 am and the staff couldn’t help with that. It was not a simple noise, it was consistently going
