One small soap; one small bottle of shampoo/conditioner; no television channel listings; no maid service; table/desk didn't look as if it had been wiped down. No inner door locking system. Morning staff at front desk was rude.

Liked: The cleanliness of the suite was inviting, and breakfast was delicious. I talked with Cindy one of the staff who served breakfast. She was super friendly and nice to everyone.

Except for that first night...

Disliked: Our first room was not clean, mildew in tub, no bed skirt, bare frame, soiled linen… slept in the other bed and complained in the morning. We were immediately transferred to another room with no argument. That was was just fine. Staff was gracious. Breakfast was excellent and the staff in there were excellent, friendly, efficient and cheerful. I heard that the location is in an unsafe area of town but we had no problems.
