For price, I am very happy with the Executive Motel. Rooms were clean, smelled nice, and laundry was all fresh. Room had some physical damage. Cigarette burns in the table, damage on the bathroom door etc. It was clear they were making repairs, and overall I'm pleased. The immediate area is rough, but the other two hotels next door charged twice as much for the same sketchy neighborhood. The Executive was fine as a one night stop to see a big concert.

This was a pretty good hotel. It is just that - it is not overly fancy. So if you're looking for a high dollar hotel for cheap motel prices you're not going to find it. This place seemed fairly clean and served the purpose of a place to sleep for the night with a good price.

Liked: It was dirty , the bedding looked unwashed, floor was filthy & cockroaches!Couldn't get TV to work or Internet to come in for most part .Microwave was in the box , couldn't even set it up themselves, we didn't bother .We went and bought pillows and blankets and slept on top of what was there .
Disliked: It looked like they added a second bed to a single bed room . Getting to the bathroom wasn't easy . The bed frame came out 4" past mattress, breaking shin ones , ouch !

Liked: There was nothing to like about this place. The toilet worked. I guess, waa an actual plus.
Disliked: Cost to facilities is appalling. Area was full of loud homeless constantly shuffling by. Took 15 min in the cold to check in because staff couldn't wake up until manager from another facility came over to bang on her door.

Disliked: At midnight the parking area was had several individuals going through the cars in the parking lot. Police came and went, and the activity continued, I decided to leave anout 1 am, as I didn't feel my car was safe.

Pleasant

Liked: The staff are great. they are polite and helpful, booking is ease and they try to fill requests.
Disliked: Difficulty with TV ...seems like the battery in the remote is bad, but also the TV programming/reception.
