Excellent. Would come again.

Liked: Very responsive and check in was very fast
Disliked: There was construction outside on Granville bridge. Not the hotels fault but worth noting for future guests.

Most of all it was...

Liked: The location, accessibility to restaurants, Granville Island and ferries. Downtown was not a long walk and the help from staff was exceptional.
Disliked: The room was well appointed, the bar on level 9 and the breakfast on level 2. The facilities were of good quality and all areas were very clean and tasteful.
